Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Imaginary Farms, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

Description of Services

We provide AI business consulting services, including the custom configuration of AI-powered Business Command Centers within client-owned Claude accounts. Our services include connecting Claude to client Gmail accounts for automated document processing, Google Drive for organized file storage, Google Calendar for scheduling management, financial tracking and management, and integration with various third-party applications. We also sell digital products, including DIY packages containing templates, guides, and instructional materials.

Digital Product Purchases

When you purchase a digital product:

• You will receive instant access to download the product materials after payment is processed
• All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products (see our Refund Policy for exceptions)
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the materials for your personal or internal business purposes
• Make copies of templates for your own use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the materials with others
• Use the materials to create competing products
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Claim ownership of the materials or their content

All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Imaginary Farms, LLC.

Proprietary Methods and Confidentiality

Trade Secret Protection: The setup instructions, project structures, prompts, configurations, and methodologies used by Imaginary Farms, LLC to create and configure Claude Projects constitute proprietary trade secrets. These methods are the result of significant investment in research, development, and expertise.

Confidentiality Agreement: By engaging our services, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods. You may NOT:

• Share, copy, distribute, or disclose our project instructions, setup processes, or configuration methods to any third party
• Reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or analyze our methods for the purpose of replication
• Use our methodology to create similar services for others or to compete with Imaginary Farms, LLC
• Train, teach, or assist others in replicating our proprietary techniques
• Publicly discuss or reveal the specific instructions, prompts, or configurations within your Claude Project

Ownership Distinction: While you retain full ownership of your Claude account, the data you provide, and the outputs generated by your AI assistant, the underlying methodology, instructions, project architecture, and proprietary techniques used to build your Claude Project remain the exclusive intellectual property of Imaginary Farms, LLC.

Survival: These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our business relationship and remain in effect indefinitely.

Remedies: You acknowledge that any breach of these confidentiality provisions may cause irreparable harm to Imaginary Farms, LLC, and that monetary damages may be insufficient. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.

Third-Party Services

Our products may require or recommend the use of third-party services such as Claude (by Anthropic), Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and various social media and productivity applications. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific needs, produce particular results, or be error-free. AI-generated insights should be used as one input among many in your business decision-making process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginary Farms, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imaginary Farms, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
