Imaginary Farms provides done-for-you AI setup services and ongoing monthly partnership support. We are committed to delivering value and ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

When Refunds May Be Granted

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon setup services
  • Technical Issues: If there are persistent technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same service twice
  • Significant Misrepresentation: If the service is materially different from what was described

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@imaginary-farms.com within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to participate in scheduled calls or provide required information
  • Incompatibility with third-party services (e.g., if you don't have a Claude Pro subscription)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Services that have already been fully delivered

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly partnership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
