DIY Kit License & Refund Terms
License
When you buy the DIY Business Command Center Kit, Imaginary Farms, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the delivered BCC software for your own agency. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense or distribute it, or use it to build a competing product or service. Imaginary Farms, LLC keeps all rights in the software, lessons and materials. The license continues as long as you follow these terms.
Delivery
We deliver your personalized BCC repo code to the private GitHub repository you tell us about, within 1 business day of receiving your delivery details.
Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before we deliver your BCC repo code to your GitHub repository. Once it has been delivered, the kit is non-refundable.
BCC Builders membership
Your kit includes every course in BCC Builders for your BCC, yours to keep for as long as you follow these terms. It also includes a free BCC Builders membership: Ask the Team support, the builders community, the Reading Room and weekly tips. If we ever introduce a paid membership, we'll tell you in advance, and your courses and your BCC stay yours either way. If your kit is refunded, your BCC Builders access ends.
Upgrade credit
If you move to a done-for-you install within 90 days of buying the kit, the full $997 is credited toward it.
Your data
Your BCC runs in accounts you own. Imaginary Farms, LLC does not hold your business data.
As-is
The kit is provided as software you run in your own accounts. We support you through BCC Builders; we don't guarantee specific business results.
