How long does the build take?
Typical setup timeline is 2–3 weeks from Discovery Call to handoff, regardless of tier. Base builds move fastest; SuperDuper builds take the full window because of the additional modules and multi-office configuration. You get 30 days of post-handoff support included with every tier.
Who is each tier best for?
Base — solo agents or small agencies who need financial clarity, automations, and a Claude that actually knows their book.

Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?
One-time, per entity. No monthly retainers from Imaginary Farms. You'll need your own Claude Max plan (claim it at claude.ai) and a Supabase account — both are owned by you, not us. Post-30-day support is available through our Channel Partners if you want ongoing help.
Do you handle QuickBooks or replace it?
The BCC's general ledger runs alongside QuickBooks — most agents keep QB for tax filing and use the BCC for day-to-day operating decisions, Claude-driven insights, and comp calculations. We can wire in imports so both stay in sync.
What happens after the 30-day support window?
You own everything — the database, the Claude project, the modules, the recipes. Most agencies run the BCC independently from there. For deeper ongoing help, our Channel Partner network offers coaching, custom module builds, and quarterly reviews at your discretion.
