Where to find it: State Farm Agent Portal → Compensation → Annual Comp Recap → Download PDF for 2025
Comp Recap — 2026 Year-to-Date
Where to find it: Same location → select current year → download the most recent month available
Payroll Journal — Full Year 2025
Where to find it: Your payroll provider (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.) → Reports → Payroll Summary → select date range Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025 → Download PDF
Payroll Journal — 2026 Year-to-Date
Where to find it: Same location → select Jan 1, 2026 through the most recent pay period → Download PDF
Bank Statements — Jan 2025 through most recent month available
Where to find it: Your business checking account online portal → Statements → download each month as PDF (or download as a single combined statement if your bank offers that option)

Agency & Account Setup
Your Google login credentials (Gmail account)
Where to find it: We need a single Google login that gives you access to Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar — these all use the same credentials. This must be a Gmail address, NOT your @statefarm.com address. If you don't have one yet, we'll create it together on your setup call. Go to gmail.com → Create account → use format: [YourAgencyName]@gmail.com

Note: Use the exact same Gmail login from above so everything stays connected. Claude Pro ($20/month) is required for your BCC to function.
Your agency name, physical address, and State Farm license/agent code number
Team member names, roles, and personal email addresses
Where to find it: Never @statefarm.com — collect personal Gmail or other personal email for each team member
💡 Don't stress if you can't find everything. Rebecca will walk through anything that's missing with you on your setup call. The documents marked as 2025 full year and 2026 year-to-date are the most important — everything else we can fill in as we go.
The single most important thing you can do right now: make sure you have a Gmail address and a Claude Pro account ready before your setup call. That's it.
📅 What does "year-to-date" mean? It means from January 1, 2026 through today — or the most recent date your system has available. When in doubt, download the most recent full month you can access and you'll have what we need.
