• General Ledger — 2026 Year-to-Date
• Profit & Loss — Monthly, Full Year 2025
• Profit & Loss — Monthly, 2026 YTD
• Balance Sheet — Monthly, Full Year 2025
• Balance Sheet — Monthly, 2026 YTD

If you invited us into your accounting software, you can skip these — we'll pull them ourselves.

Entity & Tax Documents

• Most recent year-end tax returns per entity (1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1040 Sch C, etc.)
• EIN letters for each entity
• Operating Agreements / Articles of Organization for each LLC
• Last 4 quarters of 941s (for entities with employees)

Payroll Documents (Per Entity)

• Payroll Journal — Full Year 2025
• Payroll Journal — 2026 Year-to-Date

Banking & Card Statements (Per Entity)

• Bank Statements — January 2025 through most recent month
• Credit Card Statements — January 2025 through most recent month

Business & Team Information

• Each entity's legal name, physical address, and entity type
• Team member names, roles, and personal email addresses
• Your goals, pain points, and any upcoming business decisions
